Memorial Day Weekend (3 day) May 22 (Fri. 4 PM arrival)-May 25 (departure 1 P.M. Monday)

Summer Week I: June 7-13 (Sunday 4P.M. arrival-Saturday 1 P.M. departure)

Summer Week II: June 14-20 (Sunday 4 P.M. arrival-Saturday 1 P.M. departure)

Summer Week III: July 12-18 (Sunday 4 P.M.arrival-Saturday 1 P.M. departure)

Summer Week IV: August 16-22 (Sunday 4 P.M. arrival-Saturday 1 P.M. departure)

Summer Week V: August 23-29 (Sunday 4 P.M. arrival-Saturday 1 P.M. departure)

Labor Day Weekend (3 day) September 4 (4 P.M. arrival Friday-Monday Sept.7 1 P.M. departure)

Columbus Day Weekend (3 day) October 9-12 (Fri. arrival 4 P.M.-Monday 1 P.M. departure)

2009 RATES

$1200.00    One week session - includes room and board, all art and riding lessons, all camp activities

$700.00    Long Weekends -
includes all of the above

$300.00 application fee due with application/deducted from total fees

Deborah Gooch studied painting at The Maryland Institute of Art, as a fine arts major. Her education led her to work as a freelance illustrator and commercial designer in Maryland and Florida. Deborah's paintings have been collected and displayed in galleries along the east coast of Florida, throughout Maryland and Virginia, in Michigan, Wisconsin and in California. She enjoys working from candid photographs that depict the comedy of everyday life. Her composition is simple and color is strong. Often the pieces are executed in multiple mediums; layered as the subjects take form. At times the frame is incorporated as part of the painting.

Gillian Tyler:

Gillian Tyler studied painting under James Edmund Fitzgerald and studied watercolor and oil painting under Don Stone. She pursued continuing art education at the Brooklyn Museum School and received a Fulbright scholarship to the Kunstshule in Hamburg, Germany. Gillian is currently exhibiting at the Polanaise Gallery, Woodstock, VT, The Castle Gallery in Fort Wayne, IN, the Copley Society in Boston, MA, The Lupine Gallery in Monhegan Island, and Long River Studio in Lyme, NH.

Beth Carver studied at Ducret School of the Arts of New Jersey, the Art Students League in New York, and the National Academy of Art in New York. Beth studied with Daniel Greene, Harvey Dinnerstein and Burt Silverman. Currently, Beth is an Associate Member of Oil Painters in America and Allied Artists. She has held numerous exhibits in Ft. Lauderdale, Bonita Springs and Vero Beach, FL, at Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, PA, at Rehoboth Beach, MD, Atlanta, GA and Bayou City, TX.

Aaron Hoopes:www.artofzenyoga.com

Aaron Hoopes is a native of Vermont and the founder of Zen Yoga and the author of numerous books on the subject of yoga. Aaron has a degree in Asian History and Japanese Culture from Tulane University and spent a number of years in Japan studying under the chief instructor at the headquarters of the Japan Karate Association. He has taught classes in Zen Yoga, Tai Chi, breathing and martial arts at Yale University, Dartmouth College, and the University of Vermont as well as at the Sakai Shibu in Osaka, Japan, and the Shanti Yoga Meditation Institute on the Gold Coast of Australia.
